Vision
Our vision is to know Him and enjoy Him forever.
Mission
Our mission is to build a Christian community by making fully devoted
disciples of non-religious and nominally religious people.

commitments. Our values are based on R.E.L.A.T.I.O.N.S.H.I.P.

Goal #1: Reach students for God!
Our goal is for every student to have a personal relationship with
Jesus Christ. We provide weekly events (H20 and The Rock on Saturday
and Sunday nights), and large fun events (camps, muckfest, bowling
etc.) for the purpose of exposing students to the church and Jesus
Christ.
Goal #2: Connect with other students!
Our goal is for every student to have relationships that
help them grow in their faith. We offer small groups throughout
the week (Connect Wednesdays and Next Step on Sunday) where
students share their individual concerns and learn how
to grow in their relationship with God.
Goal #3: Offer ourself to God!
Our goal is that every student would put God first in his/her
life. We offer ourselves to God through music (in large
and small groups), through our actions (i.e. going to
church, small groups, acting like a believer when no one
is looking, serving, etc.) and giving of our tithes and offerings.
Goal #4: Train Students to Know God!
Our goal is that every student will grow individually in
their walk with God in order to be better equipped to serve
Him. We provide Study Groups (Bible Studies, Spiritual
Gifts, Baptism, Leader Group, Team Groups, Defending Your
Faith, etc.) available throughout the week.
Goal #5: Extend the Kingdom of God!
Our goal is for every student to see the power of God work
in his/her life through prayer, caring for one another,
and healing. Classes are offered to help students learn
to pray and practice spiritual disciplines. We also offer
classes that help students with addictive behaviors.
Evangelism & Youth Pastor
Cameron Erlandson is our Evangelism/Youth pastor. A graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Cameron has been in pastoral ministry since 1999. He and his wife, Sharla, have been married for eight years and have two amazing children, Caleb, 5, and Kiersten, 3. Passionate about preaching God's Truth, Cameron also loves to spend time with his family, play sports, and read. Originally from Mesa, Arizona, he is an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan, though he has never been to Pittsburgh. Other interesting facts about Cameron--he collects GI Joe figures from the 1980s, loves to exercise, reads on average a book a week, and majored in biblical Greek in college.
Junior High Pastor
Mark Duncan is our Junior High Pastor. Mark takes no greater joy than to be involved in students' lives and their spiritual development--one step at a time. Mark is native to Kansas City and is married to his wonderful wife, Janelle. He has two children, Alyssa, 7, and Tyler, 5. Mark was an airline mechanic for eighteen years and holds a Missouri real estate license. In addition to student ministry, some of Mark's interests include sports--go figure. Mark is an avid softball player playing in over 100 games a year. He has also led the Vineyard men's softball team to numerous championships. Mark also loves football and just about anything else competitive. Lately, he has been fine tuning his ninja skills--just kidding. Mark's favorite vacation spot is Waikiki Beach.
