Register for Celebration of Discipline
The great men and women of faith throughout the ages have engaged
in a set of practices through which they have grown spiritually, learned to
overcome life's obstacles, and have experienced accomplishments of faith and
obedience through the grace of God. These practices are often referred to as "The
Spiritual Disciplines." In this 7 week class we will study and practice the
spiritual disciplines as laid out by Richard Foster in his classic book, Celebration
of Discipline. The class will combine video teaching, small group discussion
and take home assignments. Books and participant guides can be purchased in
the church bookstore. Thursdays, 6:30-8pm. Cost is $5. Childcare provided for
a small fee.
